Computer System Downtime Notification: April 19 at 5 PM, through April 23 at 8 AM

To upgrade aging hardware, modernize operating systems, and increase performance, ICT will be performing computer maintenance that will affect access to many systems used by students, faculty, and staff beginning Thursday, April 19 at 5 PM, through Monday, April 23 at 8 AM. However, Canvas and Email will be available during the maintenance through myNMSU.

NMSU's online learning system (Canvas) and Office 365 Email will be available during the maintenance via myNMSU or through direct links at https://learn.nmsu.edu (Canvas) and http://mail.nmsu.edu (Office 365 and Email). Local exchange (username@ad.nmsu.edu) email will also be available during the maintenance.

The following systems will be DOWN for maintenance beginning Thursday, April 19 at 5 PM, through Monday, April 23 at 8 AM, (4 days):

  • Banner INB and Self-Service in Applications for Students, Staff and Faculty accessed through the myNMSU portal
  • Registration
  • Pay NMSU
  • Week-at-a-Glance
  • Concise Student Schedule
  • Financial Aid Services
  • Star Degree Audit(DARS)
  • Employee Evaluation
  • Timesheets
  • Pay Information
  • W2 and W4 forms
  • Direct Deposit Enrollment
  • Operational Data Store (ODS)
  • Cognos Reporting
  • AdAstra Schedule/Platinum Analytics
  • AiM
  • PSL WebTime
  • Automic (also known as AV9, UC4 or AppWorx)
